The Ford Plantation fitness team provides individual and community-based services designed to improve members’ overall physical health. The Fitness Program is designed to combine high-quality equipment and facilities with expert instruction and individualized attention to create a superior experience and desired physical result. The Fitness Center hosts a wide range of cardio and resistance training equipment, as well as open training areas, and locker rooms with saunas. Personal trainers are available to meet fitness needs with everything from rehabbing an injury to sport specific golf fitness training.
The Fitness Center hosts 80+ classes and clinics each month in varied disciplines focusing on Core strength, Balance, Flexibility and Cardio fitness including Barre-Method, Yoga, Pilates, TRX, Spin, and water aerobics.
